The lack of retail and food options nearby is frustrating!!! Elevators could be better monitored to avoid overcrowding and long waits. Improving the water drainage in the washrooms would greatly enhance comfort!!!

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Kaaba and enjoyed the local markets. The spot was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Haram. Rooms were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I’d recommend asking for a room with a Kaaba view for a great experience.

One downside was the breakfast quality. It could definitely use some improvement.

The view from the Classic Room was magnificent, especially at night. The breakfast offered a superb range, and the dining staff were attentive and friendly. However, the hotel is situated uphill, which can be exhausting for elders or those requiring wheelchairs. Additionally, the cleaning service wasn't thorough, often neglecting the room tidiness beyond basic amenities. Lastly, while the food was generally good, toilet accessibility was an issue, particularly for larger groups.
